SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days 
Expedited Shipping: 6-7 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order at [TRACKING PAGE LINK] or directly through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING DELAYS
NeuroVita is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at help@tryneurovita.com and we will do our best to assist.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. NeuroVita is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@tryneurovita.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
